The onsite managed model has allowed our clients to focus on increasing sales while an experienced Account Manager manages the temporary workforce, full rota allocation, right to work compliance and one to one coaching. The model acts as an extension to our clients day to day operation and gives our client the flexibility to increase the workforce in line with demand.
Customer Fulfilment Centre
Integrated Solutions has been instrumental in the successful launch of four new customer fulfilment centres from 2016 and are currently managing the requirements for 9 centres across the South East of England. This includes both 3.5t Customer Service Delivery Drivers and Warehouse Operative staff. We currently supply and manage over 900 customer service trained Delivery Drivers and 500 Warehouse Operatives with our onsite managed projects alone.
Integrated Solutions are leaders in delivering commercial service projects within the PCV industry. We have a dedicated specialist team operating our Rail Replacement division that have created TFL approved processes which include drug and alcohol tested pool of professional drivers.
As well as driver management, compliance and full rota allocation, we provide onsite management support on all large projects. This gives our client the peace of mind that all issues are dealt with in a quick and efficient manor.
