Integrated Solutions is the UK’s leading recruitment and managed service provider for the Online Grocery Delivery Market and Bus Transport Providers. Through our continued growth and success, we now exclusively manage the driver requirements for three of the “big four” supermarkets, equivalent to 800 drivers nationally across our network of 9 Fulfilment Centres and 38 Retail Stores. We also provide and manage the supply of PCV drivers to a range of clients in the transport market. 

With the opening of 2 new offices since 2016, Integrated Solutions are strategically placed to successfully service any location within London and its surrounding areas. We also have a network of recruitment hubs from the South of England to Manchester in order to service National contracts.

Integrated Solutions has been instrumental in the successful launch of three new customer fulfilment centres from 2016 to 2018 and are currently managing the requirements for 9 centres across London. This includes both 3.5t Customer Service Delivery Drivers and Warehouse Operative staff.

Utilising the benefits of a Master Vendor agreements, a strategic phased approach and robust commercial model, we have been able to successfully achieve the required quotas originally set out for all anticipated launch dates.

We currently supply and manage over 800 Customer Service Delivery Drivers and 200 Warehouse Operatives.

Biometrics & Recruitment 

At the vetting stage of recruitment, our biometric scanning systems is used to verify all identity documentation of candidates. The system has direct link to the Home Office and Police database. This gives you the peace of mind that who we send for work is safe and legal to work in the UK. 

Biometric Time Attendance System 

The introduction of the biometric time attendance system gives management complete control of all aspects of employee’s time and attendance and HR resources at the click of a button. This well designed management tool is not just a clocking in system, but a modern way of working. This system can be implemented at high volume CFCs to reduce payroll time, cost and human error. This can be utilised by our clients in various areas of their business to eliminate a job function all together, while offering real time Intelligent Analytics.
